By booking a retreat with MikaMeraki, you agree to the following terms and 

conditions:

 

Booking & Payment

Your booking is confirmed once full payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I will always do my best to support you. Please note, however, that all retreat bookings are non-refundable (see specific terms for each retreat in the retreat description). This is because spaces are limited and your booking secures your place.

 

If the retreat must be cancelled, you will receive a full refund of payments made. Please note that additional costs such as flights, visas, or other travel arrangements cannot be covered.

Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location, including flights, transfers (can be offered and organized, see the description for the specific retreat), and visas.

For your peace of mind, I warmly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers illness, accidents, cancellations, delays, and lost luggage.

 

Health & Wellbeing

Participation in all retreat activities (such as yoga, hiking, excursions, workshops etc) is at your own risk. Please inform me in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health concerns that may affect your participation.

You are responsible for bringing any necessary medication and for taking care of your own wellbeing during the retreat. 

 

Liability

While the organizer holds liability and travel insurance, by booking you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing during the retreat. The organizer cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss, or damage to personal property.

 

The organizer is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes).

Code of Conduct

Respectful and kind behavior towards other participants, the venue, staff and the local community is expected at all times. The organizer reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat, without refund, if their behavior is disruptive or harmful.

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat and used for marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in such material, please let me know before or during the retreat.

 

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
