
January Journey - 31 Days of Self care
Start the year more mindful, conscious and present than before.
31 days of small tasks to take care of yourself and your wellbeing. Simply a month where you prioritize your health and bring awareness to feelings, thoughts and habits through daily rituals that nurture body, mind, heart and soul. Why? My intention is to share simple and practical tools that can help you in your daily life. The tasks include yoga movements, journaling, breathing techniques, meditation etc. This journey requires 5-15 min of your time each day. A small commitment that makes a big difference in the end. When? 1-31 January 2026 How? The daily tasks will be sent out early each morning in a private WhatsApp group, you will receive the link to the group after you have booked. There will also be a possibility to cheer, share and encourage each other throughout the month in a channel in the community group. From experience, when we do things together it becomes more powerful. This if for you if.. You’re ready to start the new year with more intention, presence and ease. You want simple, manageable practices (5–15 min/day) that actually support your wellbeing. You long to reconnect with your body, intuition and inner voice. You feel drawn to yoga, journaling, meditation or breathwork — even if you’re a total beginner. You desire gentle guidance and daily inspiration to stay committed to yourself. You want to cultivate healthier habits and more awareness around your emotions, thoughts and patterns. You’re curious to explore self-care in a deeper, more holistic way — body, mind, heart and soul. BONUS: You will receive a 30 min-guided Yoga nidra. "The yogic sleep" for deep relaxation and recovery. Let us prioritize our wellbeing this year.
