The Artist´s way - This book changed my life. And I keep coming back to it, over and over again. But this is not just a book club. This is a journey - a homecoming to yourself to awaken your creative spirit. A journey of gently reprogramming old thoughts, limiting beliefs and stories to come back to your creativity, your inner voice and your life force energy. Based on Julia Cameron´s book we will over 13 weeks move through themes like: Safety. Identity. Power. Possibility. Compassion. Strength. Connection etc. This journey is designed for you to explore your inner world. It will be deep, joyful and empowering. Shredding layers and coming back to your core and essence to live more fully and aligned with yourself. Guided, held and supported in a group, where you don’t have to do the process alone. Over these 13 weeks you may experience: * more clarity and self-trust * increased creativity and inspiration * a deeper connection to your emotions and intuition * courage to express yourself more authentically * a softer relationship with yourself * a feeling of coming home internally What this journey offers: Each week includes: - A live online session (60 min) - will be recorded - Safe space for reflection and sharing - Support & guidance in your process - Gentle embodiment and meditation practices Structure: Week 1: Opening & intention setting Week 2-13: One chapter per week and closing circle last week We move through the journey together, step by step.
